This is how scammers use your name.

They send an email that says it comes from your business, to your customers or your staff, asking for a payment or a password. Without the right setup, it lands in the inbox looking real.

    Email Protection

I set up your email so Gmail, Outlook and others can block fake emails sent in your name.

    One time. No contract.

    • Your email settings fixed, so inboxes can reject fakes
    • Done step by step, so your real emails keep arriving
    • 30 days watching for fake emails in your name
    • A simple summary of what I changed

Technical names: SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

    Protect my email

Three settings tell inboxes what's real.

Every email service checks them when a message arrives. Many small businesses have one or two missing, or set to only watch. I set up all three.

    • SPF

      The guest list

A public list of the services allowed to send email for your business, like your email provider and your invoicing app. Anyone else isn't on the list.

    • DKIM

      The signature

Your real emails carry an invisible digital signature. A fake can copy your name and address, but not the signature.

    • DMARC

      The instruction

Tells Gmail, Outlook and others what to do when an email fails the first two checks: block it. Without it, most fakes still get delivered.

Done step by step, so your real emails keep arriving.

    1. Find every senderYour email provider, plus anything that sends email for you, like QuickBooks, Square or your newsletter. They all go on the list.
    2. Watch firstI turn on reports that show who is sending email in your name, real or fake, without blocking anything yet.
    3. Spam folderOnce your real emails pass every check, fakes start going to the spam folder.
    4. RejectThen inboxes are asked to reject fakes outright, while your real emails keep passing.

I watch for fake emails in your name for 30 days, and you get a simple summary of what I changed.

What it does, and what it doesn't.

Straight answers, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

    It does

    • Block fake emails that use your exact address, like billing@yourbusiness.com
    • Help your real emails land in the inbox instead of spam
    • Show you who is sending email in your name

    It doesn't

    • Stop look-alike addresses, like billing@yourbuisness.com (letters swapped) or yourbusiness@gmail.com. Email Watch ($29 a month) helps spot those.
    • Fix an email account that was already hacked. If you think yours was, call me now: that's a different, urgent fix.

    Questions

Will my emails stop working while you do this?

No. That's why it's done in steps. Nothing gets blocked until your real emails pass every check.

Do you need my email password?

No. I need access to where your web address settings live, like Cloudflare, GoDaddy or Namecheap. Most of them let you add a helper and remove them when the work is done, or we can do it together on a call while you stay logged in.

Which email services does this work with?

All of the common ones: Google Workspace (Gmail), Microsoft 365 (Outlook), Zoho, GoDaddy and others. These settings are standard for any business email.

I send invoices from QuickBooks and a newsletter from Mailchimp. Will those break?

Not if they're on the list, and finding them is the first step. I make sure every service that sends email for you keeps working.

How do I know it worked?

Run the free check again. When everything is done, it shows Low risk.

    Is this a monthly fee?

No. It's $299 once. Email Watch ($29 a month) is optional, if you want me to keep watching after the first 30 days.
