Questions
How does billing work?
$65 an hour, with a 30-minute minimum, then in 15-minute steps. So a quick 30-minute fix is $32.50.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. Many problems can be fixed over the phone or with a secure screen share, so you don't have to wait for a visit.
Do you help families and individuals too?
Yes. Businesses and people, in English or Spanish.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. Plans are optional. If you stop, your website and accounts keep working. They're yours.
Can you help my employees?
Yes. Office Care covers up to 3 people, and each extra person is $25 a month. Or they can call me anytime at the hourly rate.
